The National and International Aviation Law Firm of Joseph Michael Lamonaca, Esquire, ATP, was established in 1990 as a full service law practice handling clients needs in all areas of Aviation Law including, FAA Pilot Enforcement Matters, FAA DUI/DWI Pilot Licensing/Medical Matters, Medical Deferral/Denials, FAA Medical Certificate Matters, Pilot Substance Abuse Matters, HIMS, Pilot Employment Matters, AIR21 Air Carrier Retribution Matters, TSA issues, Rule 16 Airport Improvement Matters, and Aviation Legal Matters Nationally and Worldwide.
On behalf of our aviation clients, the Firm continues to maintain the highest degree of professional and ethical relationships with the FAA Certification Branch, the FAA Aeromedical Division in Oklahoma City, the FAA Regional Offices, Washington, and the Flight Standards District Offices.
The Firm's Principal is Joseph Michael Lamonaca, Esquire, an experienced Aviation Attorney and Professional Airline Transport Pilot, Turbine/Jet Rated, who fully understands the needs of his clients from his Professional Pilot experience, and his experience as an Instructor at Flight Safety International. Further, Mr. Lamonaca is currently an appointed Federal Aviation Administration Lead Safety Representative, and the FAA Safety Counselor of the Year 2007 through October 2008.
